The Screaming Pumpkin Family fun Run Race is set for Sunday September 28th, 2014 at the Pumpkin Hollow Family Fun Farm.
NOTE - The 2km Pumpkin Dash and the 5km race both START AT 9:00am. This is a cross-country style 5K race though the Pumpkin Hollow Family Farm. In addition to free entry into the farm, participants will be eligible for great prizes.
All particpants are encouraged to dress in orange Pumpkin Themed attire or a costume suitable for a family event (no weapons or fake blood will be permitted).
The Screaming Pumpkin Family Fun Run Race benefits Dallas Valley Ranch Camp. Registration fees will be matched by Pumpkin Hollow Corn Maze and donated to Dallas Valley Ranch Camp. This is definitely one race you won’t be ‘scared’ to enter….

We’re excited to offer prizes in multiple age groups making this race a truly family-friendly event.
*1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers for all of our age categories.
Age groups will be:
10 and under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85+
Top three overall winners will be taken out of age group awards. All participants are eligible for raffle prizes.
Race T-shirts will be given to each participant.
RACE DISTANCES AND COURSES
The Screaming Pumpkin Family Fun Run Race is a fun filled, low cost 5k through the Pumpkin Hollow Family Farm. The course is a hilly, traditional cross-country course along dirt paths and farm fields with uneven terrain. Runners of all abilities, from those competing in their first 5k, to those looking for a challenge will enjoy the course. The 2km Pumpkin Dash is on dirt paths and uneven terrain. Baby joggers are allowed, but please be aware that some parts of the race may take extra time to navigate while you’re little one is enjoying the view!
